Executive Leadership

  • Julie Enockson
    Julie Enockson

    Julie Enockson is the Regional President of Rosecrance Jackson Centers. Julie has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. She received her MBA with a specialization in Finance from Bellevue University, and attained her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, IA. She is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

  • Brenda Iliff
    Brenda Iliff

    Brenda Iliff is Vice President of Clinical Services. With over 20 years of leadership experience and a national profile in the nonprofit addiction treatment and recovery industry, Iliff oversees Rosecrance Jackson's clinical programs, with an eye on developing new ways to meet needs in the Siouxland area. She is a noted speaker on special populations with addiction including women and addiction, older adults, and other addictions. In addition, Iliff authored “A Women’s Guide to Recovery,” and served as a field examiner for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s Treatment Improvement Protocols guidelines for older adults and treatment. She has extensive experience working with communities in responding to the needs of those with addiction.

    Iliff earned a Bachelor of Arts in gerontology and substance use from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Arts in counseling from Regent University. She also has Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT), and Certified Sex Addictions Therapist (CSAT) credentials.

  • Randall Wood, M.D.
    Randall Wood, M.D.

    Dr. Wood graduated from the University of South Dakota Medical School in 2006 and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University in Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he is board certified in emergency medicine. Prior to his work at Rosecrance Jackson Centers, Dr. Wood had more than six years’ experience working in an emergency department. His professional interests include mental health and addiction medicine as well as working with homeless and emergency medical service populations.

  • Rachel Wurth, MSN, FNP-BC, CARN-AP
    Rachel Wurth, MSN, FNP-BC, CARN-AP

    Rachel Wurth, MSN, FNP-BC, CARN-AP is the Assistant Medical Director at Rosecrance Jackson Centers. She has provided medical services, including MAT (Medication Assisted Therapy Medications) for Jackson since 2011. Rachel received her Nursing diploma degree from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Sioux City in 1993. She earned both her Bachelor's ('08) and Master's ('11) of nursing science from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. Rachel is a certified family nurse practitioner through the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center), as well as a certified Advanced Practice Addiction Nurse through ANCB (Addiction Nursing Certification Board). Rachel is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Society of Addiction Medicine and International Nurse Society of addiction Medicine. Rachel is passionate about addiction informed integrated care.
