Location: Sioux City downtown office
Duties include support provision for the President/CEO and Vice Presidents by answering telephone calls, ordering and setting up food for meetings and maintaining correspondence files. Maintain documentation of the official business of Jackson Recovery Centers, including files of meeting minutes and correspondence for Board of Directors. Manage and maintain credentialing and licensing records for medical and behavioral staff. Assist as necessary the Personal Services Organization and record keeping. Maintain and serve as the primary contact for donor software and provide general office administrative support.
High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Prior office experience.
Prior credentialing experience (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Bi-lingual skills (a plus).
