Reports to: Cook
Location: 3500 W. 4th Street - Sioux City
Participates in the preparation of the cafeteria counter for each meal and breaks as assigned. Ensures that all containers are stocked with dishes, trays, silverware, cups, etc., and are readily available. Serves employees and guests in the cafeteria line; observes proper portion control techniques. Cleans tables and chairs in the cafeteria or staff dining room after each meal. Maintain proper temperatures for both hot and cold foods. Maintains cafeteria counter in a clean, neat and orderly manner. Assists with the sanitation of all cooking and serving utensils.
