Planned Giving

What is Planned Giving?

There are many planned giving strategies available that improve your financial situation and provide tax advantages. Here are some ideas:

  • Make a gift that will increase your income
  • Make a gift to Jackson and still provide for your children or grandchildren
  • Stay in your home but also enjoy a substantial tax deduction for it
  • Your financial advisor and/or lawyer can discuss your options with you
  • In your journey of life, you can make the ultimate gift to Jackson Recovery Centers, Inc. and help Siouxland families through their journey of recovery

A planned gift is a charitable contribution made after taking into consideration the philanthropic objectives to be achieved as well as the personal and family financial objectives. Through a planned gift, donors can leave a legacy of love and hope that will help provide recovery for Siouxlanders receiving treatment for addiction.

The reason for making a gift to Jackson Recovery Centers may be different for each donor — to honor a loved one, to support a tradition of excellence or to express gratitude for a service well-performed. Whatever the motivation for a gift, a planned gift can give a donor the assurance that they are being a good steward of their assets by increasing the benefits for themselves, family members, and Jackson Recovery.
