Q: How do I get help for myself or someone that I care about?
A: Simply call River Hills. We have trained staff to provide you with support and the information you need to seek help for yourself or a person you are concerned about. Our staff specializes in crisis intervention, assessment, education and referrals.

Q: Are services confidential?
A: All aspects of your care are private, confidential, and conducted in a safe environment.

Q: What if my schedule limits my ability to set appointments?
A: We have day and evening hours to cater to busy schedules, and will schedule appointments as your time allows.

Q: What happens during an assessment?
A: We will meet with you to gather information concerning your physical health, emotional concerns, family, environment, and other areas of your life that may be causing you concern. We will then make a recommendation that best suits your needs.

Q: How much does treatment cost?
A: All of our services are fee-based. Many insurance companies cover the cost of treatment. We will contact them for you and seek pre-certification for our services. We will work with you on developing a payment plan for any services you receive.
