Clinical Supervisor

Reports to: Program Manager

Successful incumbents will have experience supervising the organization and delivery of clinical services within the program area.  Ensure the delivery of quality services, positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. Implement systems of accountability  to monitor program utilization and staff resources.  Continuously monitor and refine the clinical program offerings to better serve patients.

Job Specifics:

  • Masters Degree in clinical area & Independent license or in the process of obtaining license, OR Bachelors Degree in Human Services and current enrollment in a Masters Clinical program with licensure eligibility.
  • Experience in the Substance Abuse field.
  • Supervisory experience
  • CADC and/or Licensed in the State of Iowa.

LISW - Therapist IV

Reports to: Program Manager

Therapist with behavioral health experience, screening individuals in a community health setting for depression and alcoholism.  Conduct assessments, treatment planning and discharge.  Will work alongside physicians and may provide additional therapeutic services in the community health setting.   This is a multi-year, renewable, grant funded position.

Job Specifics:

  • Masters degree in Human Services
  • 3-5 years experience,
  • LISW and qualifications to supervise staffing seeking licensure.
Registered Nurse

Reports to: Nursing Supervisor


Establish working relationships with patients and families, Complete admissions to program per program guidelines, monitor and direct patient milieu as part of the program clinical team. Participate in patient staffing/treatment planning.  Ensure that patients medical needs are met, communicate with physician and implement orders, interpret diagnostic procedures and lab values.  Monitor and document  patient compliance  with medications and Doctors orders.  Oversee administration of patient medication.  Monitor and report infection control issues regularly.


Job Specifics:

  • RN License
  • Experience in the addiction/ mental health field (preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred).


Reimbursement Coordinator 

Reports to: Manager of Fiscal Services                         


Responsible for various reimbursement functions, including but not limited to accurate and timely claim submission, claim status, collection, activity, appeals, payment posting and/or refunds, until accounts receivable issues are properly resolved.  Collects and reviews all patient insurance information needed to complete the billing, collections, appeal and/or cash processes.  Completes and submits all necessary insurance forms and electronic claims to process the claims in a timely manner as required by all third party payors.   Researches and resolves any electronic claim denials. 

Job Specifics

  • Requires a minimum of AA degree in accounting or finance,
  • proficient knowledge of accounting principles and behavioral /mental health claims 
  • Experience with ICD-9, ICD-10. 
  • Global understanding of commercial and government payers. 
  • Background and experience with credentialing a plus.

Daycare Worker
Reports to: Daycare Supervisor

Provides various experiences and activities for children in a childcare setting.  Ensure children are supervised at all times, provide a safe environment for children to feel comfortable.  Be familiar with emergency procedures and follow them as necessary.



Job Specifics:

  • High school diploma,
  • good verbal and written communication skills.


Therapist I-IV
Reports to: Clinical Supervisor

Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, facilitate individual, group and family therapy as assigned.  Conduct ongoing assessment, treatment planning and discharge of patients.  Coordinate services with referral sources and other community resources.  Develop and maintain the confidential patient record, advocate for patients and families.


Job Specifics:

  • Bachelor'ss Degree in Human Services plus 1 year experience in human services field.
  • CADC certification
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred). 


 Intake Clinician 

Reports to:  Admissions Coordinator

 Conduct clinical interviews with prospective patients and gather clinical information from family, referents, and/or historical record.  Formulate diagnostic impression and make recommendations regarding appropriate level of care.  Coordinate services with referral sources and other community resources to ensure timeliness of treatment services.  Initiate the confidential patient record, initiate managed care regime and clearly communicate follow up to receiving program staff.  Serve as Crisis Intervention Specialist.

Job Specifics:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services plus 2 years experience in acute care, substance abuse OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services plus 4 years experience in acute care, substance abuse OR
  • RN plus 6 years experience in acute care and / or substance abuse.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred).

School Secretary   

Reports to: Principal       

Serve as the confidential secretary for the school Principal.  Prepare internal and external correspondence, weekly bulletins, and bulletins to parents.  Maintains school records of all students (permanent records, report cards, etc);  Assists with the registration of new students. Responds to written and oral requests for information in a timely manner; maintain positive relations with administrators, staff, parents and community groups.                                       

Job Specifics:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior office experience.
  • Prior experience submitting insurance claims
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred).


Reports to: Principal                                                                       

Develop and maintain daily instructional plans.  Maintain student records of attendance, evaluation, report cards, discipline records and documents required by Iowa Department of Education.  Develop effective communication with students "home school" establish plans to meet students academic needs.  Provide positive learning environment, maintaining standards of student behavior.  Maintain updated inventory of texts, materials, supplies and equipment.


  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in education and classroom teaching experience.
  • Valid Iowa teaching license in the area of assignment.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred)



Reports to: Clinical Supervisor

Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Facilities Manager 


Perform repairs on all buildings, preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, replacing filters, inspecting boiler, repair or replace broken parts.  Perform general maintenance duties, replace light bulbs, fixtures, hanging items, and minimal furniture assemblyTroubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing needs, repair doors, door locks, closets; install window coverings. Assists with renovation/remodeling of buildings, paint, patch work; exterior custodial duties such as snow removal, trash pick-up.  Respond to emergency maintenance requests.



  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • 24/7 Availability
  • Plumbing and electrical background
  • HVAC experience a plus,
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Good written and verbal communications skill
  • Good interpersonal skills

Secretary - Part Time

Reports to: Admissions Coordinator

Greet patients, family member and visitors, provide information by phone or in person.  Provides front desk coverage from 5pm-8pm weekdays.

Job Specifics:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior office experience


Recovery Counselor
Reports to: Milieu Coordinator

Establish working relationships with patients and families, facilitate recovery groups as assigned, monitor and direct patient milieu at all times, monitor and direct activities in Learning Lab.  Document patients participation in treatment activities, monitor and document appropriate passing of medications.  Report out of the ordinary situations to the supervisor or on-call manager, transport patients as needed in company vehicles.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience in the addiction field (preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (preferred).
