We are available to provide you with information, answer your questions, and give you support and assistance. All calls are strictly confidential. Someone is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at (712) 234-2300 or 1 (800) 472-9018.  Appointments and walk-in service are also available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. 

When you call, skilled professionals gather information on the person's physical, emotional, mental and behavioral condition as well as family and addiction problems. After this process is completed, the patient may be referred to one of Jackson Recovery Centers' services or to another community resource.

Individuals, family members and other concerned persons can call for immediate help. Physicians, healthcare workers, social service workers and employers can call to make a referral or to get more information.
